Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production of art assets through 3rd party vendors, including concept, environment, character, and animation assets.
• Assist the Art Director and Producers with developing and maintaining an outsourcing production schedule
• Work with Lead Artists & Art Director to identify areas of production where outsourcing can be successfully leveraged
• Develop and maintain approval pipelines and efficient workflow
• Review outsourced assets with the Art Director

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional industry experience, including 3+ years of management experience as a Lead Artist
• Must have prior experience managing an outsourcing pipeline
• Experience in multiple aspects of game art generation and implementation
• Proficient with 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and other industry standard software including project management software
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Strong leadership skills
• MMO experience a plus
