The Assistant Producer works in conjunction with others on the production team to manage day-to-day production, as well as internal and external communication, and ensure that schedules are met. Example duties include leading a small scrum team, managing a content or art pipeline, helping with task and milestone planning and tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support all processes that bring a game to market and assist with day-to-day aspects of game development
• Assist with the production of assets, technology, and content
• Help with preparation of project work plans, schedules and budgets
• Interface with multiple department heads to coordinate work on teams, scheduling, and information management
• Coordinate requirements gathering between different groups for purposes of scheduling and forecasting
• Track and analyze metrics from development teams to help improve process and guide future scheduling decisions
• Additionally, assist the members of the production team

• MMO experience a bonus
• Proven ability to meet goals and objectives
• Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and keep focus on multiple tasks
• Good judgment and ability to take tasks to completion
• Strong facility with the Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for playing and making GREAT games
