The Associate Producer works in conjunction with others on the production team to manage day-to-day production, as well as internal and external communication, and ensure that schedules are met. They may also help with task and milestone planning and tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support all processes that bring a game to market and assist with day-to-day aspects of game development from concept to final submission
• Assist with the of the production of assets, technology, and content
• Help with preparation of project work plans, schedules and budgets
• Gather analytics and report findings to internal clients
• Managing and porting data to new internal information system
• Maintain relationships with outsourcing partners
• Support the legal and financial management of vendors
• Coordinate the day to day running of outsourcing contracts ensuring good communication between companies is maintained

• Hands-on production experience
• MMO experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven ability to meet goals and objectives
• Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities between projects
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines and budgets
• Good judgment skills and ability to assess quality and accuracy of projects and project timetables
• Passion for making GREAT games
