Responsibilities:

• Manages the external web group, and is responsible for architecting and developing a robust community and marketing web site
• Manages the internal services group, and is responsible for the development of internal tools for customer support, game and financial metrics, and other internally-directed tools
• Manages the development of our game launcher, patcher, and client security solutions
• Manages the selection, development, and integration of our billing solution, including web-based account management and game authorization integration
• Oversees release management for game updates and patches, coordinating with NetOps and QA for review and deploy functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent
• A strategic planner with high level of sound technical skills, good judgment and strong operational focus
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining corporate identity and directives
• Solutions oriented and self-motivated
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize
• Flexible and adaptive; ability to provide structure where appropriate and needed
• Successful project management experience
• Previous game industry/MMO experience
